signed up yesterday for a 10k today.  decided that in order to get in my training miles, I'd run to the startline.

2.75 "warmup" to start
6.2 mile race, complete with a PR! 1:01.15

Hoping to break 60 on my next 10k on July 4th.

Did an OWS - .93 miles - and then a very short run. 1 mile out, walked back.

I can't believe i reinjured myself and I'm really pissed about it.
