BEST WAY TO LOSE LAST 10 POUNDS??

Hi everyone....
     I had my RNY on 4/13/09. I only have about 10, maybe 15 more pounds that I want to lose. Most of all though, I want to tone. Being that I'm sick with MS, I cannot exercise like the average person.  My surgeon told me that I was one of his "smaller patients", so thankfully I don't have a crap load of excess skin, and want to take full advantage of that.  What I'm wondering is............if I were to work out at home, what would the best exercises be? I want to attempt to tone my belly, bi's and tri's, HOPEFULLY my butt, LOL....and legs. Each time I turn around, there are new "right & wrong ways" to tone up. So, I'm confused. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
