Hello all. Quick question. How long should one wait until after VSG to start running?

Thanks. I started "speed walking" on the treadmill. I will work up to running. One day at time right?

VSG on 03/13/14

My doctor was very specific - only walking for the first 6 weeks. I do not recommend trying at 2-3 weeks post-op.
