    I had surgery on June 26th, and I am progressing nicely. I have very little pain, but still have problems digesting foods sometimes. How long after the surgery must I wait before I hit the golf course again?

    Hi Richard! I had my surgery (Open RNY) on Aug 12 and... (I hate to admit it because I was a baaaaad girl) I was back on the course 1 week after surgery. NOW... I didn't play the best... I swung very easy... I wore the binder I was given after surgery... I only played 9... I even walked! I still had a great time just getting out there! I have since played several more times. Now... however... it's getting a tad bit too cold here in MI to play. If you had your surgery in June... I would think you would be FINE to play!!
