Lupron/Endometriosis/ Weight Loss...

I dont even know where to go or who to ask.  I was banded on Aug 26th.  I have lost about 55-60 pounds since than.... 
I have been taking Lupron shots for endometriosis since April 2007 without any problems and I love that drug.  The last 2 months I have experienced break through bleeding and I am freaking out. 
Is there anyone else out there that has experienced weight loss and have had changes in the monthlys?  their endometriosis?  their menopause?  their lupron shots?  I am so confused...I dont want to go off the shots at all....
