BANANA STRAWBERRY CREAM 1 large banana 1 1/4 cups fresh, hulled strawberries 1/4 c. no sugar added vanilla yogurt 1. place the banana, peel and all in a zip lock bag and freeze overnight. Do the same with the strawberries in a seperate bag. 2. the next day remove the fruit from the freezer, let stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. Place fruit in a blender or food processor, breaking the banana into pieces if necessary. Add yogurt, blend or process on high speed until mixture is smooth and creamy 3. pour equal amounts into 4 cups. serving size: 1/2 cup calories: 84 total fat: 1 gm cholesterol: 1 mg sodium: 5 mg total carbs: 19 gm sugar: 13 gms protein: 2 gms
