Just wondering how much everyone pays for adjustments? Does your insurance cover it? My insurance covers it but the way my doctor's office bills, I have to meet a deductable then I pay my copay. Is this the way with all doctors?

I was self-pay for my surgery and I am self pay for my adjustments (first 3 months were included in the price of surgery).

I pay 50.00 to see the surgeon -- and an additional 50.00 if he fills or unfills me.

It all depends on your insurance and your Dr. My Dr charges $125, but I only pay $12 co-pay. (my frist 3 were included in the price of my surgery, so I didn't pay the $12 until after that)

My insurance changed so I no longer have bariatric coverage and I had to pay $225 for a fill or unfill without fluro (don't even want to know what that would cost!) I had so much trouble with my band tightening for no reason that I finally had it emptied rather than keep paying that much each time.

Sorry to hear your insurance changed. A lot of the insurances are doing that now.

Oh I had a friend that was charged $900 for a fill under flouro.  But I think that was on the extreme side.  I think my doctor charges $200.  Some doctors will lower their price if they know you are paying out of pocket, so let them know.

With insurance I pay $50 that includes both a fill and office visit.  I just started a new job and will be getting new insurance.  I am wondering what my new insurance will cover.  Otherwise I will be paying $200 a fill.  But I only go once a year now.

I pay 150 (50 for specialist's visit co-pay and $100 for outpatient surgery co-pay).  I think the amount we have to pay is ridiculous.  But I'm down 100lbs -- so It's worth it.

12 $ tricare..
however the other day I received a bill for 25 $ for not showing up for an appointment. That'll teach me to rely on the call from  the Dr.'s office..
