first post-surgery follow-up

I had my first follow-up yesterday with my doc and I am down 15 pounds since surgery!

No fill yet, 2 weeks from Monday (whew, after Thanksgiving travel!)

AND I did a 5k in my best time since surgery last night...still slow and steady, just walking...but 51 minutes...3 weeks post-op...I WILL TAKE THAT!
