Compression garments

Just wondering what most people do .... when do you wear a compression garment? How do you know how to fit one properly? Does it help reduce skin rashes? I feel like my clothes (the newer, smaller ones ) fit ok, but I can see the area above the belly button starting to shrink, sag, etc.  Thanks!

Make sure you start documenting those skin rashes so that, should you so desire, your insurance will pay for your plastic surgeries.

Compression garments probably won't help with the skin rashes but they may help your clothing fit how you want them to fit.  However, they can be problematic for sizing.  Go to a store that has someone who can help you the right size.
