recommend a training course?

can anyone recommend a training course? do any of the online/mail order course really prepare you and do employers recognize them? also, what is the average salary? thanks

Hi Casy, I know you posted this a long time ago but this is the first time I've been to this message board. I guess it isn't really popular yet but hopefully it will be soon. Casy, Just reading your message. Did you end of pursuing medical transcription? Just wondering how you went about it. I don't have alot of money to spend but really want to get started doing this on the side. Let me know what you came up with. Thanks, Lynn
