A little better with food. I was able to bookend the week with some quality bike rides, but could have done better through the week. I was able to ride my bike to work one day which substituted as a workout day. It was a little weird and uncomfortable riding a bike around all the scrap trucks and 18-wheelers that go in and out of the plant. I was also concerned about all the glass on the road causing flats.
I'm staring at a brutal August for traveling. Basically, I'll be traveling Sunday through Friday each of the next four weeks. Working out will be tough, and I'm not quite sure how I'm going to deal with food. More to come.
With unbelievable weather this weekend, It's great spending time outdoors. Have a great week everyone.
Couple of theories: 1. With the extra treadmill time I'm building up my legs and that is causing uptick on scales. 2. Doing yard work on Saturday I down a lot of water and SF popsicles for the hydration that may be factor too. Need to leave the SF candy alone!
