How wonderful! First I wanted to get below 300 - now it's to get to that "100 pounds off" point. Thanks for posting this. Well done, and thank you for being an encouragement to others. Definitely time for a new picture; but, as primarily a lurker, I must admit I'll miss seeing the old one, hehe.

yes my first goal ws to get below 300 and then to hit the 100. Now I have to find another reasonable goal. hmmm - to feel comfortable wearing shorts this summer?? lol I've NEVER worn shorts since I was about 10 years old I guess.
