Today's Carbs
Hello all,
Thanks for indulging me As mentioned yesterday I would like to make myself accountable by posting my daily carbs, so here it goes.
So far today I have had the following carbs:
breakfast--5 carbs (thank god for eggs)
lunch/afternoon snack--18 carbs (mostly from a 100 cal snack pack)
supper- 17 carbs (15 of those carbs was a 1/4 cup of baked beans)
night time snack--17 carbs (I plan on having some crackers and cheese later)
I was hoping to stay around 50, but for day one I guess 57 is not too bad.

PS: I had forgotten how quickly the carbs add up. I cant believe I am already at 57!!!!

lunch/afternoon: 10
dinner:8
night snack: 10
total: 48
that wasnt so bad...for lunch i had a hard boil eggs (white only) that didnt sit well.
carbs add up pretty darn fast i have to agree with you!
have agreat day tomorrow!!! keep up the good work! 57 isnt bad at all in fact it's pretty darn good!

good morning ... yesterday (day 1) my carb total was 52. I'm tickled with that as it's about half what it usually is. (yikes!) My everyday breakfast of yogurt with PC Blue Menu granola sure did take a big chunk out of my day's allowance. (17) Maybe I'll revise that ...
