Hello all,

Here are my carbs for the day.

Breakfast               5 carbs
Lunch                     5 carbs
snacks                   10 carbs
supper                   32 carbs

Not a bad total for today  :)

Breakfast - 13.5 carbs  1/2 Banana in my protein shake
Snack - 0 
Lunch - 3 
Snack 3.
Dinner - 13

Damn that's32.5 carbs  Well that sucks royally.

I can't see how to lower that since it wa all vegi's and fruit.

But better than nothing. Did you know that even sf gum has 1 carb in it. Can't get away from those suckers.

Going to weigh in tomorrow to see how things look.

Hi there

That's my problem. I have had no bread, rice, potato, chips, crackers etc . All the carbs are from fruit and veggies.
I still lost 3 pounds yay me
