Bad Timing

So, I think trying to start a thread while in the middle of my busiest time of the school year was not the smartest idea. 

Even though i did not make it on here everyday to post my carbs (sorry) I do feel I have done very well.  The weekends were a bit rough, but I rocked it during the week.

I managed to drop 10 pounds the first couple of weeks I started watching my carbs, so i am thrilled with that.  I really do think it was the kick start that I needed.

Liz, have you tried using a program like livestrong.com myplate, you log in your foods, and it gives you a carb count (as well as protein and fat)

thanks monica on it right now.....opened an account and writting down my food. Taking a bit to get use to it but i like it!!!......THANKS
