Doesn't happen often..even the dog wanted to get up earlier?

Morning,

It looks like everyone is having a great day so far and great plans for the rest of the day. That's good to hear.

b - protein shake
l - 2 breakfast bites
s - cherries
d - not sure, either eggs or a 'pizza' (cheese and tomato sauce melted on melba toast) and veggies of some sort
s - homemade sf fudgicle with added protein

All my water and vits.

I hope everyone enjoys their weekend :)

Mmmm Chanah....good thing you put cherries on your menu for today because you reminded me that I wanted to pick some up today!  Fresh cherries are my favorite!!!!

Morning all :)

Woke up to my slacker asleep on the couch - didn't know he was coming over, a bit unsettling. lol  Joe's away working this weekend, so it should be a quiet one and I'm good with that!  This place is a pit, so domestic goddess duties for me today.

Karla I can really relate to the sleeping problems and it sucks! Barb have a fabulous time today! Judy, I hope you're feeling better today.  Chana, you have a great weekend too :)

B - coffee with milk x 2
S - Kashi Go Lean cereal (dry), more coffee throughout the morning I'm sure
L - 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoes and onions, and a pickle
S - sf chocolate almond milk with a shot of sf cinammon syrup, a few pecans
D - I think I'm going to make a crustless quiche with lots of veggies, so a slice of that
S - another slice of crustless quiche if I'm hungry

October 7th, 2010 - Surgical Education Class
November 2nd, 2010 - Consultation with Dr. Jules Foute Nelong
December 21st, 2010 - SURGERY DAY!
