I know where you are coming from in cost of travelling etc

Had my surgery in Utica, NY (won't trade it) and the cost of gas, motel, meals etc did cost a lot for 8 days, but it was so worth it, and remember to keep all your receipts, taxis, meals, motel, gas, train, parking fees, etc, you will need them for your taxes

Are you from Northern Ontario?  I put in a Travel Grant every time that I travel to Toronto.  It covers the cost of travelling so far.

No, I am in Ottawa, but am having my surgery at Humber.  JULY 6 th...I just asked at the meetings in Ottawa to be put on their list. So surgery on the 6th and then when I am discharged from Humber I will be driven home, Humber will send Ottawa my discharge papers and i will be followed thru the Civic.
