i'm assuming you mean full fluids.
Try what the other's suggested, putting your arms, up, walking around, getting burped (that'll bring you back to your childhood, if nothing else! LOL). The gassy feeling could be just leftovers from surgery.
you're doing awesome. Get in what you can, don't stress.
