Can't add avatar

People have tried to help me add a picture as all mine seem too big but I am not able to do it....so frustrated.

Any advise or do u have directions on how to do this again??????

Open Paint...if you don't know what that is, let me know
open the picture you wish to use as an avatar
click on the tab Image
Click on Stretch/Skew
Horizontal - change it to 50
Vertical - change it to 50
click on the tab File
click on save as
Change the name of the file to OHAvatar
save
then try uploading that pic in OH

if that is still too big, go back to paint, open the original pic, not the one you just saved as OHAvatar.....redo the steps but shrink it more, so instead of 50, go 35 for both horizontal and vertical

Thanks Nathalie.....but I don't know what PAINT is...and where do I find it????  So confusing and not sure why my pictures are too big.

Thanks Karen....it is finally nice to be seen.  Feels a little creepy on my half stalking the pages and not having an identity.
