What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)
Good morning! Off to work in a few minutes, then spending the evening with my son. The boys will be getting home from camping this morning, and although I've really loved the solitude, I've missed them. So a quiet evening enjoying my family is in store.
B - > 1/2 C Greek yogurt, 1/3 C blueberries
S - 1/2 banana, 1/2 oz LF cheddar
L - salad, LF salad dressing, 3 oz leftover rosemary and garlic chicken
S - 1/2 banana, 1/2 oz light cheddar; later on, a protein shake
D - whatever the boys feel like having (maybe fish and veggies)
S - SF jello

Already storming here so not sure if i will venture out in this. May just do some much needed domestic duties....blah
B - coffee x 100 cuz i haven't been sleeping well and this seems to perk me up lol
S - turkey pepperette/cheese/hot sauce
L - chicken on toasted weigh****chers thin roll with field tomatoes....mmmmm
S - greek yogurt/vanilla torani syrup
Su - chicken breast/veggies
S - protein bar
Vitamins/water as per usual!! :)

S - 21g cheddar, 2 triscuits, 5 red grapes
L - green salad with tuna, 2 triscuits
S - maybe an iced coffee from Tim's, no base, just milk, shot of sf cinammon syrup from my desk
D - BBQ steak, grilled veggies, asparagus
All vites on track so far, working on water.

I am officially 70 pounds down this morning - not quite 6 months out.
Feels good.
Could be better if I were more active - but that's coming. I'm working on it.
B - bowl of Cheerios, large tea
S - Joghurt + respberries
L - Ham & cheese salad
S - protein bar, glass of milk
D - Cantaloupe + prosciutto
1 litre water
Multivitamins and B12 in - calcium still to go

Busy day planned for me. I'm heading down to Sunnybrook then back to Beaverton to take my bf out for his birthday
B- 2.5 slices bacon, slice of toast with PB and honey
L- dunno yet
D- will be out.. probably salad with chicken

Happy Friday to those that have to work it. We both took today off so this is like our Saturday already. At the cottage for the weekend and starting to get things ready to close up the last weekend of September so we don't have to do everything all at once. Towing docks to their winter resting place as we don't need both sets out thil the end. Bringing home lots of the stuff we leave here for summer only so will be packing up boxes and making a few trips to the landing to throw in the truck. Calling for a storm here this afternoon so will most likely snuggle up in bed and watch a movie during the storm.
I'm still low carbing it all weekend and passing on my beloved merlot and malbec. Damn I could smell it through the bottle last night. I seriously need help. LOL

L - super thick veggie/tomato/chicken stoup
S - some carrots and celery with tzatziki if hungry
D - BBQ turkey breast fillets, green salad, grilled veggies(minus the halloum since I am leaving most cheeses behind too...pouts....bf will eat it all)

Afternoon all. I've been so sick, AND it's my TOM. UGH! Have really been forcing down the food the last couple of days, but have made my protein goal everyday which is good. My schedule is all mixed up today though.
B - Protein Shake.
S - Ancient grains toast with 1tbsp PB.
S - Decaf. with milk.
L - Leftover meatsauce (maybe).
S - Decaf. with milk.
S - Orange.
D - More toast and some soup.
S - Yogurt.
Water and vits.
