What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)

Good morning, everyone.

I'm hosting a playdate for my 8-year-old all day.  This morning, I'll try to get in a workout while the boys amuse themselves.  This afternoon and into the evening, I'm going to a community event.  Dinner is provided, and I have no idea what's on the menu.

B - >1/2 C Greek yogurt, 1/3 C blueberries, 2 T Kashi Go-Lean
S - decaf tea w/ skim milk, maybe a peach (not together)
L - 3 oz turkey, 1 cracker, raw veggies w/ tzatziki
S - 2 oz grapes, 1/2 oz LF cheddar
D - no idea; am hoping there are some high-protein healthy options and some veggies
S - probably nothing

Morning all. It has been a crazy week with my son starting day care, me starting with a couple of new clients and car shopping!

I have been stalling all week, but nonetheless, I continue to stick to the plan.

B - Protein shake.
S - 100 cal popcorn.
L - Yogurt and granola.
S - Kashi fruit bar.
D - Protein and veggies of some sort (not sure... we are going to my husband's grandmothers for dinner).
S - Decaf. with 1% milk.

More car shopping today and will be picking up a stationary bike this evening! So I'll be doing that tonight :) Will let you know how it goes. Water and vits in as per usual. :)

Um, chocolate peanut butter banana Opti? Do tell....I thought they had chocolate and vanilla.

They do only have Chocolate and Vanilla, but you can use sugar free syrups to dress them up.  I use DaVinci, there are other brands. It really does make them taste alot better, and go down easier.

Today's a lazy day. No cooking today either - having leftovers.

I ran 10k this morning and realized I won't be running in Nicaragua next February because I cannot handle the heat when running. It was 26 degrees when I got home and I found I lost 2 pounds on my run. Of course it will all come back with water.

B-fruit, protein shake
L- protein shake with soy milk
S- trail mix I make, hemp granola, sunflower seeds, coconut and cranberries
D- out in Stratford we are going to see Camelot tonight.

It's a beautiful day to enjoy in Southern Ontario anyway.

Working (that is, I'm at work, whether there's anything to do or not is beyond my control).
