What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)
Good morning!
Just settling in to spend a few hours with the books. I`ll be going to a community event for the afternoon with my DH and son, then a quiet evening of homework with my boy, maybe watching a movie tonight.
B - Greek yogurt and blueberries
S - tea with milk
L - don`t know; a bunch of sample of food from neighbourhood restaurants (part of the event I`m going to this aft)
S - protein shake
D - salad and either fish or chicken
S - trying very hard to not eat the cake my DH brought home yesterday; maybe a popsicle or SF jello

i just got home from my group power class. love it.
gonna relax a bit this afternoon, then out to the mongolian grill for dinner. probably to a bar after for my friend's birthday.
B - cottage cheese + fibre one

L - tuna + pickle + cheese combo
S - likely nothing, due to going out for dinner
D - at the monoligan grill, so chicken and veggie stirfry of some sort

Surgery Date: February 28/20.

S - two bites of my son's pizza at Costco
L - 2 sausage ravioli
S - 4 chocolate covered macadamia nuts
D - 2 cheese poppers with salsa and 1c salad with beets and feta and vinegrette dressing. One small piece of my son's birthday cake.
S - 1-2 glasses of wine. Probably a bit of brie and crackers.
