I think I will try the Boost idea. I find I am at my most ravenous later in the day and this might take the edge off.
I've been trying this week to make changes and I figured out a few of my biggest bad habits.
Although I hate the long wait for this surgery, it has given me a chance to look closely at how I got here.

I realized that I more likely to over heat when my son 16 and my husban 33 going on 5 argues. Working on myself!
