NSV and Scale Victory

 So this afternoon I stepped on my scale and to my suprise 299.0 popped up on the screen. I'm not too overly excited because I still don't see it yet but don't get me wrong I'm happy. 

referrel weight - 338
optifast start - 334
right before surgery - 313
6 days out of surgery - 299

It's been tough but I can't say I'm disappointed with the results.
Thanks to everyone for all your support and stories, I'm not sure I could have made it through optifast with you guys.

Now for the NSV... I put on a pair of jeans today that I haven't worn for probably 8 months and even then they weren't comfortable. They were baggy! How great. I still don't see it but I'm happy none the less.

Isnt it a great feeling? I'm 8 days out and down 13. Still so hard to believe. Belly still swollen so cant yet get into smaller size except to have my jeans pulling down my undies!

Cant wiat to get into skinny jeans.

You have really been doing amazing. I had my surgery on oct 11th and have only lost 5 lbs since surgery.

 Still hard to believe. The best part is I feel great! I mean other then bending and stretching certain ways, oh and the tiredness after eating.. I'm great. So happy.
