vitamins while on Optifast?

I was just wondering if I am already taking vitamins pre-op do I stop taking them while on Optifast?

Keep taking your vitamins during Optifast.  The only one I was told not to take was Vitamin C.

At the education class in Ottawa they told us to stop taking our multivitamin since optifast has everything you need.

 Like Nessa I was told at my centre also to stop taking my multis during optifast.... We are also warned very adamantly to not take any extra vit C because it can cause kidney stones

If you recieved a handout from your centre it should tell you if you if can or cannot take em.
