PATTS Today at TWH

Well, almost there...I can't believe that it is coming so fast now....Everything went fine, i was there for about 3 hours.  I brought a book to read which helped past the time waiting for the ansitilogist (sp).  I am ready for the optifast, have bought different flavoured extracts,magic bullet and crystal light. 
Christmas shopping is almost done....My surgery date is Dec 5th at 8:00 am with Dr Penner. 

I hope to get to the TWH group meeting tomorrow night.  I haven't been to one as i kept missing the date, so when i saw the notice tonight hoping i can make it.

I don't post very often, but i read the posts every night and like all the wisdom, advice and support that is on this group.

YAY Liz.  Isn`t it great when you hear how things work, so you know what to expect (such as taking a book to read while waiting for PATTS).
