Just received a new cookbook today and am excited about it.  Wanted to share with all those quinoa lovers out there.

The cookbook is entitled " Quinoa the Everyday Superfood 365"

It has recipes that range from breakfast foods to desserts.  A lot of them are very simple.
I ordered this book through Scholastic (as I am a teacher) but here is the ISBN for those interested

978-1-55285-994-0

The authors are Patricia Green and Carolyn Hemming.  Just so you know I paid 19.99 for the book.

Apparently this is a "National Bestseller"

I got it last year.  Lots of great recipes in it.  Only downfall is no nutritional stats with the recipes.

I use sparkpeople todo that, but still a huge downfall in a recipe book these days.

I put the numbers in for one of the breakfast ones and then I refused to ever make it. I thought it looked super high cal and high sugar and sure as **** it was.
