Neat Protein Energy Bar
Just got back from the USA and picked up a couple of new protein bars
called powerCrunch
13grams protein, 4 grams sugar 9carbs - 10g).
I picked up the Triple Chocolate flavour and what a nice change...sometimes I get tired of my "usual", so this has 210 Calories per bar and I am sure somewhere down the line I will pick u more.
tastes like a wafer cookies because it's so light~!
I googled it and luckily there are lots of distributors...I had never seen it before
has anyone tried the other flavours?
