Well, I am 3 weeks post-op and after a two week stall the scale has finally started to move! I got to 201.2 at one week out and then the scale decided it was on strike!
And then today.... 199.6!!! I honestly thought that it was never going to move again lol even though I knew that logically it had to.
So I'll keep doin what I'm doin and hope it keep moving downward!!
