What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)
Good morning, everyone.
DH and I are both sick, so my parents called last night and offered to take the little guy for the day. Aren't grandparents great? I have a ton of school work and two research interviews to do today that can't be put off, but I'm going to try very hard to get at least an hour of rest in at some point.
B - 1/2 slice seedy ww toast, peanut butter, small Greek yogurt
S - milky decaf tea x 2
L - either 1/2 tin tuna or 3 oz turkey, salad w/ LF dressing
S - protein shake; later, cheese string or turkey pepperette and grapes
D - some kind of chicken, green beans
S - SF popsicle

I was gonna go out and go sofa shopping. I got to the bus stop & turned around and went home. It was FREEZING out there! I was hoping to make some chili but I'll do that tomorrow.

L: Cabbage Roll Casserole
D: Stuffed Chicken Thighs
Not sure if I'll have any other snacks but if I'm hungry I'll have some yogurt.

B - 1/4 cup scrambled egg with few strands of grated cheddar
S - 1/3 cup protein shake
L - 1/4 cup pureed Wendy's chilli
S - 1/3 cup protein shake
D - Not sure yet, maybe more chilli or some soup.
S- 1/3 cup protein shake
Really making a push to increase my protein intake today. Lots of water since the surgeon said I was getting dehydrated yesterday.
