First set of appointments coming up!!
I have my first set of appointments on March 6th with the Nurse and the Social Worker.
What can I expect from these appointments. Anything I should bring with me?

Orientation: Jan/11/2012 at TWH Nutrition Assesment: May 15th/2012
Social Worker: March 6th/2012 at TWH Psychologist: May15th/2012
Nurse Practioner: April 3rd/2012 TWH Meeting with Sleep Dr: June 19th/2012
Meeting w Surgeon: Oct 12th/2012 Surgery Date: February 27th/2013

eee so exciting, the ball is rolling.
The nurse will just go over your medical history, take your blood pressure. She will most likely send you to get bloodwork and ECG.
The social worker is an overall review to make sure you are mentally and physically ready for the surgery. It was an easy appointment, just be yourself and answer honestly.

p.s. if I were you I would phone them and make the rest of your appointments, you don't have to wait until these ones are done to get the rest. At least that is what I did.
