diet pepso


snacks granola bar
cheese cube
turkey bite

40oz water
10oz green tea

Protein: 128

dawn, are you eating breakfast? Nicely done on the protein!!

Do you write down what you eat? some people (myself included) use a computer based program that keeps track of protein/fat/carbs/calories.

I'm having a protein shake for breaky cause I find it much easier and gets me off to a good start. I use fatsecret to track.

Your doing Great Dawn, keep up the good work.  Congradulations on picking yourself up after a fall.  It takes a lot of strength and courage to do this.  Just remember, this journey is one day at a time.
