st joes in hamilton do lapband revision to a sleeve

just wonderin if anyone knows if st joes in hamilton does revisions from lapband to the sleeve trying to make a decision about what i want to do and would appreciate any help from people who have been operated on at st joes in hamilton

We had someone on this board last year who had a revision from a lapband to something else - not sure if it was RNY, VSG, or DS at St Joes in Hamilton.

Nurse Tammy on this board revised from band to RNY.  I believe you'd have to prove you need the sleeve the same as most centres unless they have eased up some on patient choice.  They always say you will get an RNY unless it can't be done and then they will do the sleeve.  Some centres let the patient pick but forget if Hamilton is one of them or not.  You may have to make for yourself to get the sleeve but worth the fight if it's really want you want.
