There are chewable vitamins available that your education team should have made you aware of. Shopper's Drug Mart has a Life Brand one called Spectrum22. You take two of these per day. The pharmacy at the hospital where your bariatric clinic is located may also carry chewable multivitamins (ie. I know that the Ottawa Civic Hospital carries the opurity multi: http://www.opurity.com/store/multivitamin/)

Darren...I buy my Centrum Chewables in the states at Walmart...just under 10.00 for 100.  It is a shame that Shoppers discontinued their Spectrum Chewables....or there is the online option....good luck.  Patti K.

They discontinued their chewables!?! When did that happen? What a crock. (I haven't taken chewables for about a year now.)

i buy the chewables at PharmaPlus/Rexall  for $10.99.
I buy the Century Silver version for seniors, because there's a bit more iron in it.
Tastes okay.

I'm 4 months out and staying on chewables.  They're like a candy to me.  I used to take the Spectrum chewables, which I loved< but they did discontinue them about 2 months ago.  So I take the Centrum ones and they are almost the exact same thing, just a little more expensive.  I've tried the Life brand ones, but they had too much orange dye in them and I didn't want them staining my teeth.  Apparently the Vita-Vim chewables are cheap, but have too many fillers and should be avoided.
