Good morning!

I haven't been on this thread in a few days, partly because I'm insanely busy and partly because I'm being avoidant; haven't eaten very well for a couple of days now.

Today I'm working on a report all morning, then having a couple of meetings at work (I've been offered a great contract elsewhere and am trying to get a leave of absence), then off to class this evening.  Back on track with the food today!

B - 2 eggs, 1/2 slice ww toast
S - milky decaf tea x 2
L - turkey, salad w/ LF dressing
S - Greek yogurt
D - beef stir fry (no rice etc)
S - protein shake

Have a great day, everyone!

Congrats on reaching and maintaining at goal, Karen.
It's hard to do with a busy schedule, but you are doing it - kudos.

Went running last night - got frustrated with the instructor. I needed INSTRUCTION not a running buddy. Asked about a dozen questions afterward, and I think he finally understood that there are a few of us in the group who don't know how to run right. That's why we're there.
Going again tonight. And he's better not try to sell me shoes.

B - bowl of Cheerios w 1/2 banana, large coffee
 S - 1% cottage cheese w blackberries
 L - turkey pepperettes, crackers
 S - 1 pear + 1 Babybel, mint tea
 D - tossed salad w smoked fish

Multivitamins, calcium, D3 all in.

I don't think I ever get a reminder from them but maybe I do and just dismiss it. LOL  I'll never forget the actual date but I just don't think of it any longer for some reason.
