Just wondering.....
It's all about our bodies and how they process sugar. We are all different before surgery too. Think of eating baked goods when you've heard people remark "ah that tastes too sweet for me" or "crystal lite tastes too sweet". etc. Our bodies all deal with food differently. If our bodies are really good at processing sugar, then we may not dump. Ironically, although I rarely dumped (handful of times), my body can no longer tolerate sugars well with the Reactive Hypoglycemia...so you never quite know what you're going to get. LOL

Maybe a few people can't tolerate them esp early out but most of us can enjoy an English muffin. An egg and slice of cheese on a half English muffin is still my fave breakfast on weekdays
