What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

Good morning.

Off to do some errands this morning, then lunch with a friend, then maybe cleaning out my closet (or starting to; it's going to be a full-day job).

B - Greek yogurt w/ blueberries
S - milky tea x 2, maybe a decaf cafe au lait
L - turkey or ham, salad (?)
S - cheese, don't know what else
D - fish and some kind of veggie
S - SF fudgsicle

Good Monday everyone. Go for spinning then some cleaning. Tonight I go to the Good Shepherd volunteer dinner. This is the first time I will have no control on what is being served. Protein first, no drinking with meal and pass on bread and dessert. Maybe I should stay home?

B - premier shake
L - 2 oz salmon with sautéed vegetables
S - Greek yogurt with sf jam
D - God help me please to stay the course!

You can do it Diana.  You have to master how to handle eating outside of home.  You know the rules and can follow them.  Bring a protein bar in your purse in case it is something you cannot consume - like a pasta dish.  Enjoy being with everyone.

'morning. I'm up this week. Just over 2 pounds!

After losing more than 4 last week, it's not unexpected.

I think 1200 cal a day may not be enough for me.

I'm still figuring out what I would like my mainteneace weight to be. The middle of my BMI is 147.
I can't imagine weighing that little.

B: surprise! Oatmeal with 10g walnuts , turkey bite

S:Protein Shake

L: salad with egg, .25 CFibre 1, 30 g cheese, 30g chicken, 2TBSp FF Ranch

S: apple with 1 TBSP peanut butter

D:Wild Pink Salmon Smoky Applewood and herbs...oooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhh doesn't that sound good!! (new from Highliner)
.25C cucumber salad

S:I might have to finish off the salmon?

Good Morning everyone! Gezz it feel good not to have to work today. I changed my day off so I'm off Mondays


BB- Decaf x2

B- Premier protein shake

S- Cheese & Apple or Almond Butter

L- tuna with salad

D- Beef with green beans

Morning all :)

Busy at work, then a few errands, then home for dinner and mushing my brain on the couch. lol  I seem to have caught a wee cold! Boo!

B -  coffee with milk x2, protein shake
S - nuttin.
L - taboulah salad (1/2 cup), roasted garlic hummus, a few flatbread crackers, handful of trail mix
S - whatever is lefover from lunch
D - leftover pork roast, brussel sprouts

Work work work..sigh. Then visiting my mom and then off to choir practice. Been somewhat off track with my eating. I haven't been participating in this thread as of late. So today things are different.

B- egg + egg white, scrambled in microwave
S -greek and vanilla yogurt with strawberries and some bran mixed in
L - 80g meatloaf, some fresh veggies
S - cheese and apple
D - something quick
S - banana

Today I have to work 9-5, then 5-7 (extra 2 hours yuck!)

I have no clue what I am having for lunch and dinner but I know for breakfast I have had a 6 inch flatbread with egg and cheese and onions (and a bit of S&P) and 1000 ML of lemon lime crystal light.

go me! no coffee and no bad cinnamon bun or muffin!

Starting to worry about my late-evening snacking - had three little wafer cookies watching TV last night.
Must drink more cold water and keep talking to myself about smartening up.

 B - cereal w 1/2 banana, large coffee
 S - 1% cottage cheese w fresh blueberries
 L - 2 turkey bites, crackers
 S - cheddar and a pear, mint tea
 D - homemade chicken stew w sweet potatoes
