Hey Guys,

I am just planning and thinking about the full fluid stage.. and was wondering what kinds of soups you made / bought.??

Also ..temperature of foods.. what did you find most comfortable and enjoyable?

Also welcome, are any other suggestions for the full fluid phase.

Thanks :)

I bought the Gardennay brand of soups. My favorite was the Cream of Mushroom. I liked the soups just warmed through. Even now I can't have anything piping hot.

I am in the full fluid stage of my journey.  I am making my own soups as I find the canned ones too salty and taste like tin.  I have made cream of cauliflower, broccoli and mushroom.  I use evaporated milk to give it a more creamy taste without the fat and calories of cream.  I find milk too thin.  I have also had habitant pea soup.  It purees down easily.  I find that I am reheating my soup about 2 times.  It gets cold fast and I like hot soups!   If you make your own soup, and like it thicker, I use potato flakes to add some thickness to the soup.  Not as fatty as using a roux.
