Optifast weight loss

Okay, I know that on average a person looses 1 lb a day on optifast. I am loosing 2 lbs a day. Seven days and 14.4 lbs. This is insane..........

Oh ya, as far as not weighing myself for 6 months........Ya right, who was I kidding

LOL, you are a man and men in general always lose weight quickly on any diet, much faster than women.  As well, it always depends on your starting weight.

I would hang onto your scale and make sure you keep it clean.  I have a feeling that you might start to kiss it at some point :)

Can`t help you with the SAO and whether there is a local chapter!  LOL

 I'm seething with jealously.  I did Optifast for 2 weeks and didn't lose a pound!  Congrats to you though! I would do a happy dance but I don't think I can from my hospital bed. You will have to settle for a smiley face!

It can definitely be FAST!! I lost 14 lbs in the first 4 days but it slowed down after that - I lost a total of 21 lbs in 18 days on opti.
I like smilies too! lol especially this one
