I think that you're either loose or stopped up, Brenda. If you're someone who tends to "loosen up" , then that's the way you'll be. I think you're probably good. Given the choice, i'd rather have your problem. sigh.

I tend to lean toward constipation, so I'm happy that at least so far it's loose.

I also had constipation on opti-fast. I took 2 Senekot pills before bed and it worked wonders for me.

I hope you get relief soon :)

Thank everyone never though I would get so much encouragement and tips over having a pooooop. Took milk of magnesia I'm still on standby but sensing that thing are starting to move along lol.

Sorry to hear you stopped up. There is nothing as bad as constipation, When the bum is not happy the body is not happy!
