I do reccomend following the information you are given, as thats what your surgeon follows...but it never hurts to get as much information as you can!

I suspect you will likely have similar to this though!

yeah some of the stuff I already have is lmost identicle.. I suspect Sudbury is following what Humber does.

This is likely the reason they do not post - each centre is slightly different and they expect you to keep to their regimen.

Sharing is not necessafily a good thing in this case (goes against my own personal credo, but I do see the sense in it).

Definitely follow the party line at YOUR centre.

Oh no worries, just like anything on this forum, I take it with a gerain of salt and use my own centres rules!

 you have the option to download to computer, then another option box comes up...you choose download for free.

Thanks so much for scanning and uploading all this info. As someone who is enduring the long wait for Guelph I appreciate any specific information about the process.  I wish you all the best in your WLS.
