As I mentioned earlier, the journey we are on is a journey to health, so the detours are part of the trip as they serve the same goal...a healthier you.

Thanks, Janet; it was really helpful for me to attend the meeting on Tuesday evening. I was glad to be able to attend.

The detour is just that -- what's important for me to remember is that the whole experience is unfolding as it's meant to.

I'm sure we'll see each other sooner rather than later.
