Thanks!!! I find I have incredible amounts of energy and don't want to sit still after work....

I was going to ask you to join me at aqua zumba on the 24th but just checked the calendar and classes are cancelled that day..... The next week in July 1st and I doubt there will be class then either..... This week is Father's day and won't be there..... With all these "cancellations" I am going to have to go biking instead....OR...... Start my running program now that I have reach my goal I had set....

Looking forward to seeing you at the next meeting...and please remind me to bring you my extra protein powder I can't use!!!!
