OA meetings

Hello  -  as I prepare myself and get my process going - I am hoping to find an OA group/WLS support group in my area to start going to and continue going to post-op
I'm in Barrie, ON - anyone familiar with the groups in my area?

there is a WLS Support group in Barrie (also OA groups, but you can search that out on your own).

we meet the third saturday of the month, at the community church on Ferris Lane. Unfortunately, there is no meeting in July, and for August, we're having a potluck picnic at the Barrie waterfront. You're welcome to come. inbox me for details.

so the wls support group is the third Sat but not until September then...ok, I'll check out OA as well - thanks!
