can we drink orange juice no sugar added ??

while there is not sugar added, fruit juice of any kind is high in natural sugars. Just check the label.

its not a good idea to drink your calories. Have an orange instead!

If you have to have it, have you seen the version called 50 ?  Not sure if it's Tropicana but the calories are supposed to be cut.

I'd not be drinking OJ in the months just after surgery .. all those carbs... not something that gives your body the protein it needs.

I'm over two years out and only on a rare occassion even have a sip of orange juice.

Sometimes the best support  you can get isn't all purple puddles and pink rainbows.

OJ is pretty acid (bad for new stomach) and too sweet.

The OJ 50 stuff is jus****ered down (all the diet juices are).
Might as well do it yourself at home.

They train you not to drink your calories because that's a major cause of regain.

That said, I have had watered down OJ when I was desperate for some Vit. C.
