Sugar free carb free is that what i look for to add to optifast

 So i was at winners last night and found 2 syrups caramel and english toffee (sounds yummy) they have 1 cal 0 fat carbs 0 and made with splenda (valleta is the brand )are they ok to use and also has anyone tryed them thanks Niki 
Also if they are hope others can find them:)

I don't know the Valleta but to me if it's 0 across the board you can't go wrong..lol..the ones that I usually buy at Winners are DaVinci Syrup, they usually have Caramel, Rasberry, etc.  I live in a smaller city so they don't always have them so when I have to buy more, I buy them online at the Low Carb Grocer (here).

Also, I liked the crystal lite, found several flavours at Walmart and Metro.  

 
Any sugar free syrup is good to add.  If you do a hunt to shop on lne DaVinchi makes a Root Beer one.  I added that with a little french vanilla and they tasted EXACTLY like a Root Beer Float ... so decadent ~ it was awesome!!

I also did Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Salted Caramel with the Vanilla Optifast and it tasted like a Peanut Buster Parfait from Dairy Queen!

Be creative and there's no reason why you can't enjoy this stage.  Good luck!!!
