Alternate to Optifast - Would like to chat with those who were on it

I'm in Ottawa and had an alternate diet because Opti made my lips and tongue numb. I can tell you about the diet I was given if you like, although it may not be the one you get from your center.

I'd like to hear the details of your alternative diet. I currently am doing weigh****chers bc the dr said the more weight I lose before surgery the easier it would be for him.

The ones that say "you cant" and "you won't" are probably the ones scared that "you will"!!
