I was thinking the other day how nice it will be when I can wear my rings again,
I havent had them on for years, they only fit about half way down my finger!  LOL

 Great news, congrats!  I was too fluffy until after rny to get my rings off without much soap, grease and effort!  

It really made my day hope i can keep it in my mind to get done the 10 more days of optifast
