it has been a few years since i was able to take them off so happy finger looks funny and day 4 on optifast is so much better that yesterday was a nightmare and i found a sf syrup i like did not plug my nose 1 time to get it down today lol

I almost lost my wedding/engagement ring once about 9 months out. It fell right off into a shopping bag and I did not even notice until I looked down!! Scared the crap out of me and I went right into the jewler the next day to get them resized!!!

Wait until you look down at your hands and you do not recognize them....that freaked me out a bit too!!

Which SF syrup did you buy? Whoop Whoop ring comes off. I know how you feel I have had bracelets on for over 10 years I can not get them off. My goal is to get them off with out cutting them off.

That's great news! Your first non-scale victory (NSV) came early!

Hang in there - from what I've heard Day 3 is the hardest, you're on Day 4 now so past the worst of it, hopefully! Yesterday was a tough one for me (Day 2), so I'm hoping after today things get easier.

Yay for victories! Imagine all that fat sliding off your liver too. It's true what was mentioned about not recognizing your own hands. Sudenly their are veins more visible and bones and it looks foreign, not your own hand. You find yourself staring at your hand-fascinated-like a baby or a stoner.lol
