You are still adjusting to the surgery. I had the same for a couple of days. Also with this weather I would gladly just go to bed with a book and forget the day

Oh yes, isn't that fun? It's exciting and crazy. Don't overdo it!! Heal away. Walk your sillies out :-)

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I think it is the ups and down of surgery. Some days I feel perky and others that I want to nap all day. Just give in to it and enjoy.
